Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Vantage's video tools and Sealed by Vantage, a Gmail deal agent, both operated by T & M Discount Store LLC, a United States company doing business as Vantage ("Vantage", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using either service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. What Vantage does

Vantage takes the footage you upload and helps you turn it into a finished short-form video: it trims dead air, cleans up retakes, adds optional burned-in captions, and offers tools for scripts, voiceovers, breakdowns, and supporting clips. Results depend on your source footage. We do not guarantee any views, sales, or other performance outcomes.

Sealed by Vantage connects to Gmail with your permission and helps you find, organize, and manage brand-deal conversations. Depending on the features you enable, Sealed may draft or send replies on your behalf. Sealed does not guarantee that a brand will reply, accept a proposal, pay you, or produce any other outcome.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the footage, audio, images, and text you upload. You grant Vantage the limited licence needed to store and process your content in order to provide the editing features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for holding the rights to what you upload, including any people, music, brands, and products shown in it.

For Sealed, you keep your rights to your Gmail messages and deal information. You grant Vantage the limited permission needed to access and process that information, and to send messages when you enable that function, solely to provide the Sealed features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Vantage or Sealed to create, upload, store, or process any of the following:

• Unlawful material of any kind, including child sexual abuse material and any sexual content involving a minor.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, meaning intimate or sexually explicit imagery of a person who has not agreed to it, including imagery created or altered to depict a real person.
• Infringing material, meaning content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property, or their right of publicity, name, image, voice, or likeness.
• Hate or harassment, meaning content that harasses or threatens a person, incites violence, or attacks a person or group on the basis of a protected characteristic.
• Deceptive or fraudulent marketing, including invented reviews or social proof, fabricated endorsements, false scarcity or pricing, and product claims you cannot substantiate.
• Anything you do not hold the rights and permissions for, including the footage, audio, music, images, brands, and products in it, and the consent of every person who appears or is heard in it.

Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service, and do not resell or share your account access with others.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, and remove or refuse to process any content, if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if your use of the service puts other people, our providers, or the service itself at risk. Where a breach is serious, repeated, or unlawful, we may act immediately and without prior notice.

We will tell you what we did wherever we reasonably can, and you can respond by writing to [email protected]. You can stop using the services and close your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Plans, allowances, and credits

Vantage's video tools offer a Free plan and paid subscriptions. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of video edits, AI script runs, AI voiceovers, and active projects, as shown on the pricing page. Failed, cancelled, refunded, exact-cache, and manual-polish outcomes do not consume an allowance. AI Video Studio uses separately purchased credits, not your subscription allowance. New Vantage video-tool accounts start on Free with no automatic trial.

For Sealed, eligible new Sealed accounts receive a 14-day trial without requiring a payment method. The trial does not convert to a paid subscription on its own. To continue using paid features after the trial, you must separately purchase a subscription.

7. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans for Vantage's video tools renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Vantage account, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by our payment processor.

Sealed paid plans purchased in the iOS app use an Apple auto-renewable subscription. Apple charges your Apple Account and handles renewal billing. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Apple may show an introductory offer to an eligible purchaser. The offer, price, duration, and conversion terms shown on Apple's purchase sheet govern that purchase.

Deleting your Vantage account does not cancel an active Apple subscription. If you do not want it to renew, cancel it in your Apple Account settings before or after deleting your account.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Vantage available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update, add, or remove features. If we make a material change to these Terms, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service.

10. Independent services

Vantage and Sealed are independent tools and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Google, or Apple.
