A failed, cancelled, or refunded edit does not use an edit from your allowance, and neither does re-running an edit that produces the byte-identical video or hand-tweaking a finished cut in the manual editor. AI Video Studio uses separately purchased generation credits, not your subscription allowance.
Common questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every new account starts on the Free plan with a small number of edits and tool runs so you can try the editor. There is no automatic paid trial.
What counts as an edit?
One edit is one automatic cut of your footage that produces a playable video you can download. A failed, cancelled, or refunded job does not use an edit.
What if I re-run the same edit?
If nothing changed, a byte-identical re-run does not use another edit. A changed re-run that produces a new video uses one edit. Hand-tweaking a finished cut in the manual editor uses none.
When do my allowances reset?
Paid plans reset each month on your billing-anniversary day. Free-plan allowances are a one-time starter amount, not a monthly reset.
How is AI Video Studio billed?
AI Video Studio generation uses separately purchased credits, not your subscription allowance. Your existing credit balance carries over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click from settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
